*As new members join, please let us know if we do not offer a class schedule that meets your needs. We want to accommodate as many members as possible and will be adding new class times on a regular basis.


CrossFit Classes- MORNINGS

  • Monday – Friday @ 5:15am

  • Saturday @ 8am & 9:30am

  • Sunday @ Noon

CrossFit Classes- NIGHTS

  • Monday - Friday @ 5pm

  • Monday - Thursday @ 6:30pm

OPEN GYM 

  • Weekdays @ 3:30pm & for 30mins between classes
