Don’t just take our word for it.

Listen to what some of our members are saying!

Carolyn Behnen – Just wanted to give a shout out to all of my fellow Share the Burden CF peeps…the constant support and motivation that we give each other, even when there isn’t anything left in the tank, is awesome! Feels good to have that extra “push”!

Christine Coughlin – I think our workouts are all about form! Maybe we just have awesome coaches #sharetheburdencrossfit!

Patricia Bullock – i agree with you Christine and Nikki, we have great coaches at Share the Burden CrossFit. They do a great job to make sure we are doing the movements correctly. Never in my wildest dreams did I really think i could deadlift 175lbs, which I did one time and it is due to our coaches!!! Thank you Justin Smiley for all your encouragement.

Nikki Suntrup – I’m not a natural athlete, and I get intimidated when everyone around me is. I feel so supported by everyone and that’s what keeps me going. I’ve never had that. And, I truly do love this. I normally leave feeling accomplished because I did something I’ve never done before.

Ricardo Aguayo – Thank you for pushing me to my limits during my workout last night! I feel great this morning! A month ago, I was unable to fit into a vest I’ve had hanging in my closet! You should see me now! Thank you!!

Derrick Wood – I asked around to a few of my pals where I should go to get a good trainer, one who could help me reach my goals as a triathlete and I was directed to a friend of mine that I knew from church but was not aware that he was a trainer. I literally had no idea that he was a cross fit trainer nor was I familiar with it. The very first class was trial by fire and pushed me harder than I have been pushed since high school. Needless to say, I spent a few precious moments after the workout with the nearest trash can! But what I have come to realize is that Share the Burden Crossfit is more than just getting a good work out in, it’s about being encouraged when you need it the most and cheered on to become a better you. It’s about relationships and team building and caring about each other outside of the gym. It’s about sharing your burdens, triumphs, victories and defeats. It’s about fighting through the pain knowing that you are getting stronger every day. I’m 47 years old but when I step into a Crossfit workout I feel young, maybe I don’t feel as young the next morning but you know what I mean. I’ve been doing Crossfit for 7 months and I’m killing the pull-ups now! Crossfit has not only helped me be a better triathlete but a better husband, father and friend. With the excellent leadership of Justin and Brian and the encouragement from every Share the Burden member, I aspire to be the best I can be in everything I set out to do and in big part it’s because of this amazing group of people who can do anything for ten minutes ha! Thanks for all you do to help us all Justin Smiley and Brian Turek!
